Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Stathmos ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile apps, including Lunara and Hourmark (the "Apps"), and this website. By using the Apps, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. When you create an account, we may collect your name and email address. If you sign in with a third-party service such as Google or X, we receive basic profile information from that service (typically your name, email address, and a unique account identifier) as permitted by your settings with that service.
  • Information you enter. Content you add to the Apps, such as budgets, financial records, and notes in Lunara, or logged hours and related entries in Hourmark.
  • Technical information. Limited technical data needed to operate and improve the Apps, such as device type, operating system version, app version, and crash or error reports.

We do not ask for bank account passwords, and we do not intentionally collect sensitive information beyond what you choose to enter.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and secure the Apps and your account.
  • To store and sync the content you create so it is available when you need it.
  • To enable features you choose to use, such as sharing records in Lunara.
  • To respond to support requests and send important service notices.
  • To diagnose problems and improve performance and reliability.

3. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use the content you enter in the Apps for advertising.

4. How information is shared

  • Sharing you choose. In Lunara, budgets and financial records you share are visible to the people you invite. You control who you share with and can stop sharing at any time.
  • Service providers. We may use trusted providers (for example, cloud hosting, authentication, and crash reporting) who process data on our behalf only to operate the Apps.
  • Third-party sign-in. If you sign in with Google or X, your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or others.

5. Data security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data. We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Apps, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

6. Your choices and data deletion

You can view and update information you have entered in the Apps. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at stathmos.net.support@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, and include which App the request is for. We will process verified requests within a reasonable time.

7. Children's privacy

The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the Apps.
